Provide legal advice to the Board & Insurance Sectors; draft laws and rules and regulations relating to Insurance legal aspects and regulates Insurance Sector as per the Insurance Act.

(2)Human Resource and Insurance Policy Division: hr@nib.gov.np
Administer personnel and general services management including properties under the ownership of Board and prepare Insurance policy and guidelines necessary for the Insurance sectors as per the Insurance Act.
